Educational Background: Graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Environmental Design

 

Professional Background: After graduating college Crystal moved back to Charlotte and worked with her father’s exclusive design firm, Leo Dowell Interiors. During her 23 years of assisting with high end, custom residential projects Crystal acquired both creative and managerial skills, assisting in all aspects of the business. After working for her father she continued to work in the design industry as an office manager for another professional interior designer in Charlotte before reaching her position here at Urban Building Group as office administrator.

Role at UBG: Crystal handles client warranty issues, maintains client surveys, assists with marketing, is a vendor liaison and is head of operations for the interior division of UBG.
