The term design/build means we have the ability in-house, to design and engineer your remodeling project to meet your exact specifications and needs. We are then able to complete the planning and construction of your project through our well-coordinated team approach. This simplifies the remodeling process for our clients and ultimately translates into savings on the cost of the project as well as increased communication. It is all built upon an open communication system that puts you, the client in control of your project from start to finish. Our process is flexible and if our client prefers we will coordinate on behalf of the client with outside professionals such as kitchen designers, interior designers or architects. Our ultimate goal on every project is to help our clients balance what they choose to spend versus the items they want.
