Educational Background: Graduated from Clemson University, School of Architecture, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Design

Professional Background: After college, Stacy began her career in design working for a commercial architectural firm in Baltimore, MD. She transitioned to the residential sector in 2003 when she began designing kitchens and baths for a firm in Annapolis, MD. She continued to hone her skills in the residential design industry for the next eleven years. In 2014, Stacy joined the team at UBG as a Design Consultant.

Professional Certifications: Obtained CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) Certification with the National Kitchen and Bath Association in 2007, Obtained NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Certification in 2009.

Role at UBG: Stacy meets with our clients to gain an understanding of the scope of work a client wishes to complete and the feasibility of those projects. During design development, she works through the various design options, producing detailed plans and interior elevations that express the design intent of the client. Once a project is underway, her involvement continues during the selections process for all finish items including cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc. Finally, Stacy works with our architectural team to produce detailed construction documents and coordinates with our project management team during construction to ensure that the vision the clients have for their project is captured and executed.

Background: Stacy was born and raised in Irmo, SC. She lived in Maryland for eight years after college, but is now enjoying being back in the Carolinas. When not working, she enjoys trail running at the Whitewater Center, finding deals at weekend yard sales, and spending time with friends, family and her dog, Charlie.
