We contracted Urban Building Group to do the complete remodel of our home which more than doubled the square footage. The project was completed a week before scheduled and the process...went very smoothly. The owner went above and beyond, working through all issues that came up due to the 1951 built house. 

I would highly recommend, without reservation, Urban Building Group for any remodeling and/or construction work... big or small!!

Urban Building Group provided us with a wonderful addition and renovation to our home.  All team members were extremely professional, from the design staff to the project manager.  The project was budgeted and scheduled out as originally proposed and adhered to through completion date.  The entire process of design/build with Urban was seamless, allowing us to make minor alterations to the plans as we went along without holding up the project pending revised architectural drawings and cost analysis.  Our renovation involved a great deal of engineering and structural limitations that were well thought out and planned, finished with creative design touches (such as cedar wrap beams and accent metal brackets) to bring a unique, one-of-a-kind look to our outdoor veranda.  Additionally, our kitchen remodeling project reflects many custom details (stone stove top surround, hammered copper sinks, honed stone surfaces and custom cabinetry) that were all designed and selected in partnership with Urban Building Group. 

Teaming with Urban Building Group made the results of this major renovation a sound masterpiece of construction, aesthetically and functionally, meeting the personal criteria for a very "on the scene" client.

Urban Building Group took our project from start to finish with great results. We built a custom outdoor living area… the end results were beyond our expectations.  Our experience with UBG was wonderful throughout the entire project. UBG designed and built the project so it was truly a turnkey situation. John Morgan, the president, was on site at least once a week to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that we were truly happy. I can't recall an experience that has been more positive from start to finish than my experience with Urban Building Group. 

We had a major remodel of kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and den….. The job was superb. We had a few hiccups that were handled immediately and with care. Our project manager was courteous and respectful…Office staff checked on us frequently as well and everyone was easily accessible by phone or email as needed.

UBG was the first company that we spoke to that actually listened, took our ideas and developed something that they were capable of doing. They were prompt and very professional. The end result was more beautiful than we imagined.
